No Refunds.
All sales of Murphy Bed Place products are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Cancellation.
Once an order is confirmed and production has begun, you may not cancel it. If you attempt to cancel before production starts, a cancellation request is subject to our evaluation, and any accepted cancellation may incur a cancellation or restocking fee (as determined by us).
Damaged or Defective Items.
In the event that you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must notify us in writing (by email) , with photographic evidence and description of damage or defect. We will evaluate the claim, and at our discretion we may repair, replace, or issue a credit in lieu of a refund.
Inspection on Delivery.
Upon delivery, you must inspect the products (including packaging) for visible damage before signing any delivery document (e.g. Proof of Delivery). If damage is evident, you must note the damage on the delivery receipt. Failure to do so may limit or void your rights for remedy.
Warranty Claims.
The lifetime warranty on the mechanism and frame, and the five-year cabinetry warranty, remain in effect. Warranty claims are handled according to our warranty policy, not via refund.
No Returns on Custom Orders.
Because many of our beds are built to your specifications/custom dimensions, custom orders are nonreturnable.
Dispute of Charges / Chargebacks.
If you dispute any charge in an attempt to override this refund policy (e.g. via your credit card issuer), you will be responsible for all costs incurred by Murphy Bed Place in defending or collecting the charge, including legal fees.
Policy Amendment.
We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time. The version accepted at the time of your order will govern your transaction.
